At Tech Zim, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our replacement policy is designed to be simple and fair for all customers.
7-Day Replacement Policy:
Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if there is any issue. In this case, the customer is required to send the product back to us at their own delivery cost. Once we receive and verify the product, we will send the replacement item to the customer at no additional delivery charge.
After 7 Days:
For requests made after 7 days, customers will be responsible for both sending the product to us and receiving it back at their own delivery cost.
Conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
Replacement is subject to product inspection and approval.
